Covering 689 experienced property investors across 12 international markets, the report ranked the UAE as the world's most attractive real estate investment destination, achieving an investment preference score of 56%, ahead of the United States (54%), the United Kingdom (41%), France (28%), and Spain (27%).

Among respondents from Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia, the percentage ranking the UAE among their top three global real estate investment destinations reached an impressive 92%, 91%, and 85%, respectively.

European investors also demonstrated strong interest. Among respondents from France (63%), Germany (60%), and Switzerland (57%), the UAE ranked as the most preferred overseas property investment destination outside their home countries.

Equally significant is the growing familiarity investors have with the UAE market. The survey found that 51% of respondents are familiar with the UAE real estate sector, placing it on par with the United Kingdom (51%) and close to the United States (53%). This suggests that Dubai has firmly established itself within the top tier of global investment destinations recognized by high-net-worth investors.

For investors from China (65%) and Germany (58%), safety and stability are the most important decision-making factors.

The UAE's political stability, transparent regulatory framework, and investor-friendly environment continue to distinguish it from many competing global markets.

Ease of Property Ownership

A total of 34% of respondents cited ease of purchasing property as a major advantage.

The figure is even higher among investors from Saudi Arabia (57%) and Egypt (41%). Dubai's transparent property ownership system, efficient transaction process, and foreign investor-friendly regulations remain key competitive strengths that support sustained international demand.

Infrastructure Investment Continues to Strengthen Long-Term Value
