The management team of STAMN Development, together with the project consultant, main contractor, and construction teams, gathered on site to witness this important milestone.

From the launch of the project, to the structure rising steadily from the ground, and now to its successful topping out, STAMN ONE is transforming step by step from blueprint into reality.

At the topping-out ceremony, Mr. Zheng Jian, CEO of STAMN Development, said:

“This is the topping out of our first project, and an important milestone in STAMN’s journey in Dubai, step by step, to where we are today.”

Together, they raised golden shovels and completed the ceremonial concrete pour, marking the topping out of STAMN ONE’s main structure.
