Renmin Business School EMBA “Silk Road Tour” Delegation Visits STAMN for Exchange and Discussion

On November 28, 2025, the Renmin Business School EMBA'Silk Road Tour'Study Delegation, led by Vice Dean Mr. Dong Zhongzhou, visited STAMN Real Estate Development for an in-depth exchange focusing on Dubai's urban development and real estate opportunities.
The delegation consisted of more than 20 EMBA participants from diverse professional backgrounds. The visit was warmly received by STAMN CEO Mr. Zheng Jian, Development Director Mr. Liu Haohua, and other senior representatives.

Accompanied by Development Director Mr. Liu Haohua, the delegation toured STAMN's operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's overall structure and strategic approach across project development, investment planning, sales, and operations. Through this on-site visit, participants developed a clearer and more holistic view of STAMN's development progress in Dubai and its long-term corporate vision.

From location selection and architectural concepts to market positioning, each project demonstrated STAMN's steady, innovative, and future-oriented development philosophy. Delegation members actively engaged in discussions, raising a number of professional questions regarding project highlights and market trends, fostering a dynamic and in-depth exchange.

Subsequently, CEO Mr. Zheng Jian and Development Director Mr. Liu Haohua delivered comprehensive insights from both macro and practical perspectives, outlining Dubai's urban development history, future planning direction, and real estate policy framework. Key topics such as the structure of foreign investors, long-term residency policies, infrastructure expansion, and future growth areas were thoroughly discussed. Drawing on STAMN's hands-on experience, they presented a realistic and nuanced view of Dubai's real estate market dynamics.
